COUNTY OFFICE REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
Adjusted Operations until Monday 17th July
A refurbishment project at the County Office means the Essex County FA’s operations will be slightly adjusted from Wednesday 5th July until Monday 17th July, with E-Mail to be considered the primary means of contacting staff throughout this period.
Whilst furniture is replaced and a rearrangement of the office layout takes place, some telephone systems will experience temporary downtime at various stages, so the preferred method of communication will be via E-Mail.
The Governance, Coach Education, Welfare & Safeguarding Administration and Finance Teams will remain at the Chelmsford base during this time, though the Development and Referees Teams will work away from the County Office. The Essex County FA thank everyone in advance for their cooperation.
The removal of many items, including white boards, pin boards, desks, chairs, cabinets and drawers, means they have subsequently become available free of charge to charities, member clubs and leagues. Anyone who would like to claim these, or find out more, is invited to E-Mail firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on Tuesday 4th July.
