03/12/2016 – Brazilian Team / Colombian Aircrash “Respect”

At the request of FIFA could we, ESBFL, ask that all fixtures today, Saturday 3rd December 2016, commence with a minutes silence in memory of those who perished in the Colombian plane disaster earlier this week.

Also if possible to arrange for Clubs to wear black arm bands (black tape).

Could all referees and Clubs refer to FA Full Time and check the referees appointments for today as several changes have been made, some at very short notice.
