ESBFL – In Season Pitch Maintenance Workshop
Dear League,
Please find below, information on two Pitch Improvement Programme workshops on “In Season Pitch Maintenance” being delivered by the Institute of Groundsmanship (IOG) in partnership with the Essex FA, the FA and Redexim Charterhouse and Rigby Taylor.
The workshops will provide, advice, guidance and support on how to improve pitch quality by combining theory and practical elements along with the demonstration of kit and equipment. Each workshop will cover the following topics:
Line marking, Aeration, Mowing, Decompaction, Weeds, pests & diseases, turf grooming, Goal post safety, Turf nutrition & plant health, Assessment & remedial works.
The events will be taking place on:
