Essex FA Sin Bin Training Programme – ESBFL Member Club action IS required

ALL Member Clubs are required to take action on this ECFA request:

All ESBFL Member Club Secretaries should have received an email dated 25th March 2019 from Robert Craven detailing the planned “mandatory” role out of “Temporary Dismissals” / “Sin Bins” for Season 2019/2020.
As this procedure is to become mandatory at all levels of football from next season and it is important that ALL Member Clubs, preferably Team Managers, Team Captains and/or Club Secretaries to attend one of the various “training sessions” at ECFA Headquarters.
As detailed in the email the ECFA will need to be satisfied that “ALL” ESBFL Member Clubs have received the necessary training before a sanction will be provided to the ESBFL, so we would ask you to encourage your club to attend one of the upcoming workshops, or provide an explanation why they cannot attend one of the courses provided.

Originally, it had been the intention that a representative from ECFA would attend the ESBFL Special General Meeting, however, this has not been possible to arrange with the ECFA offering specific dates for these “training sessions” aimed at primarily Team Managers and Team Captains.

If any ESBFL Member Club has not received the email referred too then please contact either, Dick Degville, Secretary or Brian Reed, Treasurer, as soon as possible
