FA – Mental Health Campaign – Heads-Up / take a minute

You may be aware of the initiative from the Football Association to show a video before FA Cup ties tomorrow and for games to kick off a minute later.

The Essex and Suffolk Border League support any campaign aimed at helping and supporting mental health.

There is no guidance from the FA on any action to be taken at grass roots level, however if your club would like to support the campaign tomorrow we would support you in this with a kick off a minute later ie at 14:01 or 13:31 for cup games.
