We are now more than 2 months down the line with the Whole Game System (WGS) pilot and using FA Full Time for fixtures / referees etc.

At the Management meeting on 6 October 2016 the committee made decisions as follows:

Clubs shall enter details of players signed on the line, on match day, onto the Whole Game System no later than 2 days following the match (excluding Sunday).

So a player signing on the line for a Saturday match shall be entered by midnight on the following Tuesday.  (The rule about the Registration Secretary receiving forms within 2 days still applies)

Any club entering a player onto WGS must send the Registration Form to the Registration Secretary for verification.  Should the form not be received within 2 weeks of being entered onto the WGS system, the Registration Secretary will reject the request for registration.

Similarly, if Registration Forms are received by the Registration Secretary, but the club does not request approval from the league via WGS, the player/s forms will not be registered and will be returned to the club after 2 weeks.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine under Rule 5h.

Please remember:

• You must not play a newly registered player UNLESS you have received either a counterfoil from the Registration Secretary OR the player has been approved on the Whole Game System and shows as an available player.

If you do play them without the above, your club WILL be charged for playing an ineligible player.

We are repeatedly getting players who have been issued a new FAN number when they already have one or more.

Adults who have been playing football are likely to have a FAN number, and are almost certain to have one if they have played youth football.

Please check all names, Christian name and Surnames, both, long / shortened or abbreviated, the player may have been known by and be particularly careful about the spelling.

I have been asked as well to send a reminder that if you are going to enter a “middle” name make sure this is put down in the middle section and not under the surname section.

Signing on the line on match day:

When you enter / add the player onto WGS please make sure you put the correct start date.

If they signed on the line, on a match day then enter the date of the game not the date you are entering them.

This date is important as otherwise you will not be able to enter them onto WGS.
