AFFILIATIONS FOR SEASON 2016 / 2017
The ESBFL is pleased to announce that Club Affiliations for next season will remain unchanged:
Division Affiliation: £130.00 (per team)
Cup Affiliation/s: £40.00 (per cup competition)
New Club Application Fee: £100.00 (off-set against acceptance to ESBFL)
New Club / League Deposit: £10.00

ESBFL – SPECIAL GENERAL (CONSTITUTION) MEETING
The ESBFL, Constitution Meeting, when new Club applications and Division formats are discussed and agreed, in advance of the Annual General Meeting, will be held at Stanway Rovers FC, on:
Thursday 19th May 2016. Time: 19:30pm

ESBFL – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The ESBFL, Annual General Meeting will be held at Stanway Rovers FC, on:
Thursday 16th June 2016. Time: 19:30pm

Please note that under new ECFA guidelines, all Club / League Affiliation Costs must be paid “on” or “before” the league Annual General Meeting, meaning that between the Constitution Meeting and the Annual General Meeting clubs will have to determine which divisions and cups they will compete in and complete and return the League Affiliation Form and provide full payment either by club cheque or by “on-line” direct payment.
NOTE:
Clubs failing to attend either of the above-mentioned meetings will be fined £50.00, as per league rule: {Rule 6(H)}.
