More information from the FA – FAQ’s / QR code & more….

All,

Please find attached the latest FAQs which have been updated to reflect announcements and new restrictions by the PM yesterday and also the e-mail which was circulated around the NHS QR Code.

The FAQs are the broad football FAQs.

I appreciate that many Clubs have had queries on the QR code and came either directly to me or through leagues yesterday and today.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to respond as yet, but the main questions have now been captured on the FAQs.

Clubs are at this stage just required to register and display their QR code by 24th September, the app is not yet functional and Government will make, I am sure, national announcements when it is. (It is now live)

Until then Clubs will need to continue their current test and Trace process.

The legal requirement was to have the QR poster registered, downloaded and put up in venues by tomorrow.

The NHS has an FAQ section on their QR code website:

https://faq.covid19.nhs.uk/category/?id=CAT-01043&parentid=CAT-01027

and also a QR helpline at the bottom of this page:

https://www.gov.uk/create-coronavirus-qr-poster

queries are best directed here if the FAQs do not help.

The NLS Guidance document is being updated to reflect the changes and I will forward the link tomorrow morning to this when it is finalised overnight ?

have attached also the statement which will be going on TheFA.com tonight.

Best wishes and thanks for your continued support

James, Laurence and Matt
