Remembrance Day & “England Accreditation” (Charter Standard)

All clubs and referees are requested to observe a minutes silence, for Remembrance prior to all their matches on this coming Saturday 13th November 2021.

As you are aware there is the requirement for clubs to meet the FA Charter Standards. (now the England Accreditation). There was a relaxing of the rules during COVID, however the rules state:
“Clubs must comply with the provisions of any initiatives of The FA which are adopted by the Competition including, but not limited to, Charter Standard and RESPECT programmes.

Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

All NEW Clubs accepted into the Competition must have or shall commit to obtaining “FA CHARTER STANDARD” by the end of their first season in the Competition, or face removal thereafter if not obtained.
All Clubs must complete the “FA Charter Standard” annual “Health Check” before the date stipulated by the Parent County FA of the Club.

The ESBFL now has a list of those clubs who have not met the standard as yet but will be in touch with those who have not achieved it as yet.

It is a relatively straightforward standard to achieve.
