Richard Degville – Essex FA Long Service Award

Dear Richard,

I am pleased to inform that you were nominated as part of the 2020 Essex County FA Long Service Awards. These awards focus on recognising outstanding honorary service to football in Essex, in any capacity felt appropriate. 

However, I am extremely pleased to be able to inform you that you have been recognised for your 40 year service to grassroots football with the highest award of “The Essex FA Award of Merit”.

Recipients of awards are normally invited to the annual Essex County FA Awards Evening where we recognise the contribution of volunteers to the grassroots game.  The awards evening also recognises #CelebrateEssex awards, Long and Outstanding Awards as well as the FA Grassroots Football Awards.
