Social Media coverage – Spencer Hume

It is with a great deal of sadness that the ESBFL must advise that Spencer Hume has stood down from his role as Social Media Co-Ordinator, this with immediate effect, this affects the League’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram coverage.

Spencer joined the ESBFL just over three years ago and in that time had become very well known in this part of Essex and beyond, for his match-day “filmed” reporting on “You-Tube” and through those other media channels.

In that time Spencer had also spread the word about the ESBFL, its teams, competitiveness, and professionalism and how the League operates. This in turn has attracted new Clubs and Teams from far and wide to a point that this season would have, barring a few early casualties, seen the highest ever number of teams competing in six divisions.

Spencer will be sorely missed and we, as a League wish him well for the future.
