URGENT – Member Club – Agreement Forms – overdue returns!

To all Member Clubs

Several clubs have still not sent back “Agreement Forms” that were issued at AGM Meeting.

These should have been returned within 7 days of the meeting.

Please arrange earliest completion by Chairman and Secretary and return to Hon Secretary asap
