SEASONAL ROUND-UP for 17/12/2022

No matches last weekend so here is a Seasonal Round-up for the season so far.

The season started with fifty-six Clubs sporting eighty-two teams, thus far one club and six teams have withdrawn in what is a competitive grassroots competition across the Essex & Suffolk Border.

The Premier Division, a National Feeder League Division is headed by Dunmow Town FC (37 pts) with Earls Colne FC (35) and Tiptree Heath FC (32) in close attendance, all three have just one defeat to date. At the bottom, Harwich & Parkeston FC Reserves (6), White Notley FC (7), Lawford Lads FC (8) and West Bergholt FC (8) prop up the division.

Division One is headed by undefeated Brightlingsea Town FC (31) closely followed by Silver End United FC (27), at the bottom languish Holland FC Reserves (1) and Cressing United FC (9) but this division has seen three teams withdraw!

Division Two sees Dovercourt Rovers FC, (30) also undefeated, six points ahead of Tavern FC, the division is propped up by Tollesbury FC, who have games in hand, but six teams have yet to attain ten points.

Division Three is led by Great Bentley FC Reserves (26), Bradfield Rovers FC are second (22) with a game in hand, Brantham Athletic FC “A” (5) are bottom with the three teams above them still looking for ten points.

Division Four has Roman Rovers FC (28) out in front on points from High Roding FC (22) who have two games in hand, both remain undefeated, their only points dropped was their scoreless draw back in mid-October. Hedinghams United FC Reserves (3) and Stillwaters FC (4) fill the bottom two places.

Division Five sees Gas Recreation FC Reserves (36) storming the Division with Oyster FC eleven points behind, whereas as luckless Ramsey & Mistley FC Reserves have yet to gain a point.
