Following their last-minute victory over unbeaten Thorpe Athletic last Saturday, East Thurrock Community entertained unbeaten Sudbury Sports on Bank Holiday Monday, they recorded another victory by three goals to two and it puts them second in the table with a one-hundred percent record from four matches.

Next up for East Thurrock Community was Springfield, both unbeaten so far and nothing changed after a one-all draw, elsewhere in the Premier Division, Thorpe Athletic beat White Notley to move up to third, Sudbury Sports are fourth after beating previously unbeaten Hatfield Peverel. Great Bentley lost at home to Cressing who are now seventh, Earls Colne are ninth after beating AFC Pegasus Colchester, Dedham Old Boys (three for Geen) beat Gas Recreation away and Alresford Colne Rangers remain at the bottom after losing to Tiptree Heath.

Division One had six matches, the stand-out scoreline was Clacton Regent, six., Prettygate, five (three for Lewis), the home team are now second, top spot was retained by The Rodings and Little Waltham who beat Hedinghams United on the road. Dovercourt Rovers and Gosfield United shared six goals, Tavern beat bottom team, FC Clacton Reserves, Frinton & Walton beat Lawford lads and Roman Rovers beat Hatfield Peverel Reserves.

Four matches were played in Division Two, Wormingford Wanders beat Boxford Rovers to stay top, White Notley Reserves after a torrid time last season, sit third after beating Great Bradfords, for whom this was their first match of the season. West Bergholt and Silver End United (three for Coney) shared the points to remain third and fourth respectively, the other game saw Cressing United Reserves draw with Springfield Reserves.

There were just three matches in Division Three, unbeaten Harwich & Parkeston “A” and Tiptree Jobserve both dropped points when they drew, third placed Elmstead Market drew with Roman Rovers Reserves and Mersea Island won their first match of the season when beating Stillwaters.

Finally, Division Four had five matches, Tollesbury top the table after beating Kelvedon Social, Bradfield Rovers Reserves beat Wormingford Wanderers Reserves, Ramsey & Mistley beat Rayne, Frinton & Walton Reserves beat Tendring District and Stanway Rovers EVL Development drew with West Bergholt Reserves.
